apachecon
So I'm going to ApacheCon. Just for a day. I'd like to be there for the whole conference as a presenter and an attendee, but a) ApacheCon hates me, and b) all of the sessions I want to attend are on one day, so it's hard to justify a longer trip.
While I'm attending, I'll be hearing talks from Grandmaster REST and the Simplification Band about how REST is the Silver Bullet and how Web 2.0 is changing the future before it happens; you know, the usual fare. My goals are to get a more in-depth look at some of Zero's competition and to find out what makes programmers the most productive on their REST-oriented projects. Assuming the wireless connection isn't too flaky, I hope to live-blog the event for the benefit of my co-workers.
I also hope that I don't get carjacked while driving through Atlanta.
